Do I have to sign a contract?

No. We have to earn your business every pay period.

Can my company pay 1099 contractors with this service?

Yes. In addition to regular W2 employees you can also make direct payments to 1099 contractors. Direct deposit and live checks are both available payment methods.

Can I pay employees that work or live out of state?

Yes. We can pay employees, file tax returns and deposit payroll taxes in all 50 states.

What do I need to get started?

Can I add new employees and make changes on my own?

Yes, you can make all the changes you’d like. Outsourcing your payroll does not mean you give up control. We give you the tools to maintain the control of running payroll in house while outsourcing the work and liability.

What if I already use QuickBooks?

That’s great! Our software exports data directly to QuickBooks and several other account packages.

What about W2s preparation?

At the end of the year we will prepare, print and ship W2s for all employees that have been paid since January 1st.
